Racing offshore with my daughters has been my favorite thing to do since each of them competed in their first Chicago to Mackinac races when they were ten years old. We acquired this Class 40 with the goal of Whitney and Gator sailing together and for them to sail events with their dad.
The pandemic has changed a lot of our plans, but Whitney and I will sail together this year while Gator remains in New Zealand.
It has been my great good fortune to have raced solo around the world. It is now our goal to race doublehanded together as much as possible, beginning with major events in 2021, beginning with the Transat Jacques Vabre.
